Over 80% of IT leaders surveyed cited interest in AI tools capable of automating Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment, predicting hardware failure rates, and auto-remediating endpoint security vulnerabilities. However, fewer than 25% reported having formal policies or infrastructure ready to support AI administration.
