OpenAI has officially acquired NextSlide, a fast-growing startup specializing in AI-native presentation design and interactive document canvassing. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the entire NextSlide engineering team will join OpenAI's product division.

NextSlide's engine allows users to transform raw text notes, spreadsheet data, and financial models into polished, brand-compliant slide decks instantly. OpenAI plans to integrate the presentation engine directly into ChatGPT Enterprise, enabling business users to generate visual briefings directly within chat threads.
