Apple Machine Learning Research has introduced DeepAmbigQA, a benchmark of ambiguous multi-hop questions for measuring how completely large language models answer open-domain queries. Models with search tools often fail on questions that require disambiguating shared titles and integrating evidence across large sets of entities, such as identifying which actors from a film named Heat have won at least one Academy Award.
