GoatCode is an open-source terminal AI agent shipped as a single 85 MB binary. It can use 180-plus LLM providers or existing Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot subscriptions via OAuth, and if a quota dies mid-session it retries then walks a fallback chain live, switching provider mid-turn, saying so, and finishing the answer with no crash and no lost context.
